Q: Why does not the program download data from some media?

A: Some media resource require cookies. You should turn on your cookies. Start your Internet Explorer, select menu Internet Option, click Security tab, and find the item Cookies,  check this item to turn on, click OK.

Q: Why is the speed slow while downloading media news ?

A: WordMetry embeds more than 50 well known media sources around the world. Most of them are US-based. If you check all of them to download simultaneously, there are more than 50 threads working at the same time. Your machine will not work efficiently. The best choice is 5-10 media source Once. This will be very fast and no price of CPU resource.

Q: Why can not I download the writer's works ?

A:WordMetry provides more than 20 resource to download the same author's works. It is better to check servers accessibility by clicking checking server button. The checked result show clearly which server is accessible or faster. Select the checked one server and download 

Q: Why I meet 'Ilegal Port Command'?

A: This is because you are using port mode that the server does not support. Checking the Pass/Port  box and download again will solve this problem.

Q: Why can not I edit the samples?

A: WordMetry does not allow the user to modify the text for analysis in default mode. You can unlock the mode by clicking tools-> textread only. Highlight the text you want to edit, use Ctrl+C for copy,Ctrl+X for cut, Ctrl+V for paste, or press key del for deletion of the highlighted. This operation will not modify original sample content in any way. The modification will be saved in the original source.

Q. How can I upgrade to a new version of WordMetry?

A. Upgrade is easy. Just install the new version over the existing version. You don't have to uninstall the previous version before installing the new version.

Q. If I download and install WordMetry, can I uninstall it if I want to?

A. Yes. Click Start- program files-WordMetry-Uninstall Word Metry. Or use the Control Panel > Add/Remove programs to uninstall WordMetry.

Q. Can I register by sending a check ?

A. Of course.  Click the register link above to visit the register page. From there, choose the appropriate option. You will be given an address to send your check/money order  to. You can also use FAX, money orders, phone, etc.

Q. I am afraid to use credit cards on the internet ?

A. Don't be. The order site (Regsoft.com) is highly secure, according to government standards.

Q. I ordered using a credit card. How long will it take for my registration code to be sent by email ?

A. As soon as your credit card is validated, you will get a code IMMEDIATELY. Normally, this is a matter of seconds. But it can take a few minutes or even hours in some cases. If you feel the delay is too long, just contact us. We would be happy to assist you.

Q. I accidentally ordered twice. what can i do ?

A. Just contact us, we will refund one of your order.
